Back Story
I am a 27 year old male Seeker Miqo'te. My birth name was R'Mikos Tia. Like many Seekers I was born in the heat and dust of the Sagoli Desert to a small but very traditional tribe. As with all male Miqo I was groomed to fight to take my shot at being Nunh of the tribe. During my 12th winter I found that I was two spirit.At 17 I was found with another tia. I was striped down and left at the boarders without weapons, food, water, or clothing. My fate was to die in the desert either killed by the beast tribes or the environment. I was despondent but a yellow hawk guided me north and I survived.I found myself on the Steps of Nald in the city of Ul'dah starving and sunburned. I was barely alive. I was taken in by Morki one of the premier dance instructors of Ul'dah. It was there I learned the arcane art of dance and providing pleasure to all. Once trained I was assigned to various pleasure houses in the city.
One fateful day I caught the eye of a Keeper Miqo'te by the name of Kerzon. She challenged Morki to a game of chance. The prize was my very freedom. Kerzon won. She took me from Ul' dah to the city of Gridania where she released me of my bondage. I still wear the gold anklets detailing my bondage and releaseI have made my home in Gridania, although it is a bit wetter than I would prefer. I enjoy the quiet beauty. I became an archer and then a bard. I can now perform more than dance.My tribe abandoned me so I took a new name, Mikos YellowHawk, dropping my tribal rep and honoring the spirit that guided me and saved my life. I search Eorzea for my tia, the love of my life, but fear he may not have survived his banishment.I hold no ill will towards other Miqo. They live how they always have, I just have no place among traditional Miqo'te
